This is one of the most important pages in Kademi.



It’s designed for managing users, adding or deleting them.
 

 

 

User in Kademi has several attributes such as:

 

 

• First name
• Surname
• Nickname (visible for front-end users in community)
• UserID (system field for determine user)
• Email
• Phone
• Birthdate
• Group membership

User can belongs to one or more groups in one time.

However, user can’t exists without group membership.

Interface of this page contains:

 

 

 

• A list of users where every user nickname is clickable and every email have “mailto” tag



 
• Search tool for searching users by any of their attribute (left side) and group filter which is designed for search users in one specific group; both search tools could be combined



 
• Add new user button allows you to create user by specifying it’s nickname, email, organization and group membership; other attributes could be entered later



 
• There is a upload/open mechanism which allows you to import/export users and their learning results via CSV files (it’s a upper right drop-down controls)



 
• You can also open a list of unsubscribers for analyze this data (it’s also a part of upper right drop-down controls)



 
• Match orgs tool. Use this toolfor locatingorganisation ID's for the organisation titles in your users spreadsheet. Upload your users spreadsheet and the system will attempt to locate existing organisations, and return an updated spreadsheet. This will not make any change your server data



 
• In the users list there is a possibility to edit user (by pressing Edit button or User details button) and Login as user. “Login as user” is a cool feature which allows you to login to any site which is accessible by this user under his profile without touching his password data. This is very useful for debugging



 
• By selecting checkboxes you could either add some users into some group or do a bulk remove.
